Every batch gets tested. Before it ships.
Independent lab. Real numbers. You can verify it yourself.
What we test
Three questions, one answer per batch. Most peptide vendors don't tell you what's actually in the bottle. We do. Three things we measure, every time, before anything ships.
-
Q.01
Is it the right peptide?
We confirm what's in the bottle matches what's on the label using LCMS — the same method pharma labs use for identity checks. No swaps. No surprises.
-
Q.02
How pure is it?
Measured by HPLC. We aim for 99%+ — and we publish the actual number on every certificate. If a batch lands at 97%, you'll see 97%, not a marketing claim.
-
Q.03
Heavy metal contamination
Every batch is screened for lead, mercury, arsenic, and other harmful heavy metals. If contamination is detected, the batch never reaches a customer.
Who tests it
External — not us.Janoshik Analytical
Trusted by research labs across Europe and the US.
We don't run our own tests — every batch goes to Janoshik. The certificates you see are theirs, not ours. Why this matters: a vendor testing their own product is like a restaurant grading its own kitchen.
janoshik.comWhat's on a certificate
Six fields. No fluff.Every certificate of analysis (CoA) shows you the same six things — enough to verify what you bought, traceable back to the lab that tested it.
- 01Batch ID — unique tag tied to one supplier shipment, one test, one date. Trace it back any time.
- 02Compound — what the lab found, not what we labelled. Should match the product name exactly.
- 03Purity — HPLC area percent. Higher is cleaner. We aim for 99%+.
- 04Test date — always before the batch ships. Never after.
- 05Method — the analytical technique used. HPLC for purity, LCMS for identity.
- 06Task Number — the lab's reference ID. Use it to verify the report directly on Janoshik's portal.
If a batch fails
Rule of release.§If a batch doesn't pass, it doesn't ship. No exceptions.
Drakon release policy · clause 04
Below 98% purity, an unexpected compound, anything off — the batch is held. We notify the supplier, log the rejection, and either re-test or discard. Customers never see the failures.

01
Test fails
Janoshik flags it. We're notified within 24h.
-
02
Quarantine
Batch is sealed and pulled from inventory.
-
03
Discard or re-test
Borderline goes back to the lab. Clearly bad gets destroyed.
How you verify
Two ways. Both take seconds.Scan the bottle
Every vial ships with a QR code linking directly to its certificate.
Common questions
Short answers. No marketing.- +How often do you test?
- Every batch. Not random. Not periodic. Every single one. If a batch isn't tested, it doesn't ship.
- +Why test every batch?
- Random testing only catches bad batches some of the time. Per-batch testing catches them every time. Bad input means bad data — if you can't trust what's in the bottle, you can't trust your results.
- +Can I get a custom test for my own research?
- Yes. Email support@drakonpeptides.com with the analyte you need. We'll quote turnaround and cost from Janoshik directly.
