Store lyophilized peptides at −20°C in a sealed, dry, light-protected environment. Once reconstituted with appropriate laboratory solvents, maintain at 4°C in a sealed, sterile container for up to 30 days to preserve peptide integrity for analytical purposes. Stability varies by peptide and solvent; refer to batch-specific documentation in your Certificate of Analysis.

We currently accept SEPA bank transfer only. After checkout you receive bank details and a unique reference. Card payments are coming soon.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact us first to initiate.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, reship or issue a full refund.
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
