All substances imported by Drakon Peptides into the European Union are imported in quantities below the registration threshold of 1 tonne (1,000 kg) per substance per importer per calendar year, as defined in Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. Drakon Peptides monitors the SVHC Candidate List on an ongoing basis and will issue notification under Article 7(2) if any imported substance is added to the list and the relevant thresholds are exceeded.
All substances supplied by Drakon Peptides are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research use. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or food-related applications. This restriction is communicated on all product packaging, the company website, all customer-facing materials, and on every order confirmation.
As an EU-based importer of chemical substances, Drakon Peptides:
- maintains import records and supplier documentation for at least 10 years (REACH Art. 36);
- provides Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to professional and B2B customers upon request in accordance with REACH Art. 31;
- ensures all imported substances are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from the manufacturing laboratory and verified, where appropriate, by an independent third-party laboratory (Janoshik Analytical);
- will register and/or notify under REACH without delay if any applicable threshold is exceeded.
This declaration is valid as of the date of issue and reflects the current status of the company’s import activities and product portfolio. Drakon Peptides will issue an updated declaration in the event of material changes to the imported volume, the product portfolio, or the applicable regulatory framework.
